Name, email address, phone number, message content submitted through our contact and career forms, your CV file for job applications, and technical data such as IP address and pages visited.
3. Purposes
Responding to your inquiries, evaluating job applications, fulfilling legal obligations, and ensuring the security and performance of our website.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and, for CV data, your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared with the relevant group company (YMC İnşaat, YMC Seracılık, YMC Hayvancılık) depending on the nature of your application. Data is not transferred abroad or sold to third parties.
6. Retention
Data is kept for the duration required by the processing purpose and applicable law. Unsuccessful job application data is retained for a maximum of 2 years and then securely destroyed.
